It takes 24 hours before you can begin walking on it, 5 days before you can drive on it, and around 31 days to fully cure. During the curing there may be colorations and bubbles which is water evaporating from the concrete, which is the nature of concrete.
What are the specifications for concrete driveways?

South Carolina calls for 3000 PSI concrete with fiber, reinforcement, and minimum of 4 inches thick. For various projects we may recommend wire as additional reinforcement.
